Cable Trays
We have four types of cable trays such as PVC cable trays, GI cable trays, SS and GRP cable trays. In the electrical wiring of buildings, a cable tray system is used to support insulated electrical cables used for power distribution, control, and communication. Cable trays are used as an alternative to open wiring or electrical conduit systems, and are commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction. They are especially useful in situations where changes to a wiring system are anticipated, since new cables can be installed by laying them in the tray, instead of pulling them through a pipe.
Cable Glands
The cable glands is a device designed to attach and secure the end of an electrical cable to the equipment in Dubai. Cable glands provide strain-relief and connects by a means suitable for the type and description of cable for which it is designed—including provision for making electrical connection to the armor or braid and lead or aluminium sheath of the cable, if any. Cable glands may also be used for sealing cables passing through bulkheads or gland plates. Cable glands are mostly used for cables with diameters between 1 mm and 75 mm. We have PVC, Brass, SS, metric and NPT cable glands.
Cable Conduit
An electrical conduit is a tube used to protect and route electrical wiring in a building or structure. Electrical conduit may be made of metal, plastic, fiber, or fired clay. Most conduit is rigid, but flexible conduit is used for some purposes. Conduit is generally installed by electricians at the site of installation of electrical equipment.
Cable Ties & Markers
A cable tie (also known as a hose tie, zip tie, or by the brand name Ty-Rap) is a type of fastener, for holding items together, primarily electrical cables, and wires. Because of their low cost, ease of use, and binding strength, cable ties are ubiquitous, finding use in a wide range of other applications.
Insulation Tapes
Electrical tape (or insulating tape) is a type of pressure-sensitive tape used to insulate electrical wires and other materials that conduct electricity. It can be made of many plastics, but vinyl is most popular, as it stretches well and gives an effective and long lasting insulation. Electrical tape for class H insulation is made of fiberglass cloth.
Cable Cutting & Crimping Tool
Cable cutting tools to suit LV-HV cables with copper or aluminium conductors, steel wire armoured (SWA) / braided cables with lead sheath and insulation types including XLPE, EPR and paper types – commonly used to cut armoured LV cables and medium/high voltage power cables 11kV-33kV, single and 3 core type. Cable crimping tools using hydraulic or battery operated to crimp conductors 1.5sqmm-1000sqmm suit aluminium and copper conductors with sector shaped, stranded or solid cores.
